Pain Specialists of Cincinnati (Interventional outpatient Pain Clinic) adds immediate research horsepower by hiring a published PhD to head the newly created Toxicology & Research Department.

Majors Badgett PhD

Effective April 02, 2018, Pain Specialists of Cincinnati is pleased to announce the hire of Majors Badgett PhD. Majors is originally from Dallas Texas but received his B.S. in chemistry from Sewanee: The University of the South in 2012 and earned his Ph.D. in analytical chemistry from the University of Georgia in 2017. Although Majors has extensive experience in liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry (LC-MS), his affinity and publishing performance in numerous journals is the icing on the cake.

“Majors has the expertise and skills needed to help drive our new lab to its fullest potential, but it is his research and publication background which sealed the deal for us.” Said Shawn Grubb, CEO of Pain Specialists of Cincinnati.

Chief Medical Officer Zeeshan Tayeb concluded with “Academic research has always been a passion area of mine and with the addition of Majors, I am expecting we are not only going to have a best in class Physician Owned Lab, but Majors is going to help PSC take our research to the next level, I am excited to see what comes next”.
