To support anticipated growth, Pain Specialists of Cincinnati is investing in additional leadership support by hiring a full-time office manager. As of September 26th, PSC welcomes Gena VanSlyke as a key leader on the team. Gena will eventually take management of the day-to-day operations of the company from Shawn Grubb, CEO.
“We are excited about bringing Gena on board. Her depth of knowledge combined with her managerial acumen will help us improve operations and lead to a better patient experience” said Shawn.
Gena has thus far enjoyed acquiring over 20 years of administrative and managerial experience. Her workplace philosophy centers on providing excellent customer service, employing complete transparency through efficient communication, and using challenges as learning tools to progress. Her goal is to facilitate a warm, inviting, and positively charged work environment, which in turn provide the best possible patient and employee experience.
Gena obtained her B.M.S. from the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science in 2004 as well as an Associates of Arts and a minor in sociology from the University of Cincinnati. A lifelong learner, she is currently pursuing her MBA in Health Care Administration from Northcentral University.
