Shawn Grubb, Chief Executive Officer of Pain Specialists of Cincinnati has been selected to speak at the prestigious 17th Annual Future of Spine + the Spine, Orthopedic and Pain Management Conference June 13-15, 2019 at the Swissotel in Chicago.
His first engagement with this particular conference, Mr. Grubb will be leading a discussion titled “Physician Owned Labs – do they still make sense? Lessons learned from a greenfield installation”. This discussion will chronicle the 15-month journey from using multiple external UDT labs to bringing in-house both qualitative and quantitative Toxicology testing.
While discussing conceptual presentation Mr. Grubb said “The journey for us was simply put - scary. My objective for this session is to put forth a concise summary of the work done, the lessons learned, and close with a list of recommendation I would have loved to have had in-hand back in December of 2016.”
