Gena has thus far enjoyed acquiring over 20 years of administrative and managerial experience. Her workplace philosophy centers on providing excellent customer service, employing complete transparency through efficient communication, and using challenges as learning tools to progress. Her goal is to facilitate a warm, inviting, and positively charged work environment, which in turn provide the best possible patient and employee experience
Gena obtained her B.M.S. from the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science in 2004 as well as an Associates of Arts and a minor in sociology from the University of Cincinnati. A lifelong learner, she is currently pursuing her MBA in Health Care Administration from Northcentral University.
Majors Badgett, Ph.D.
Majors is originally from Dallas TX. He received his B.S. in chemistry from Sewanee: The University of the South in 2012, and a Ph.D. in analytical chemistry from the University of Georgia in 2017. Majors has been using liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry (LC-MS) systems for biological and analytical research for over six years and has published his research in numerous journals.
