As a 1st time patient, I was very happy with my entire patient experience. The entire staff was friendly and worked well as a professional team, including Dr. T! I was very happy with the time that was taken to review my history & also in helping to make sure to develop a good patient-physician experience. I am excited for this new approach for both a better understanding on what's going to help reduce chronic health issues and the change I've made to learn more on managing my health issues with a positive attitude towards this. Again, thanks to EACH TEAM MEMBER on this positive experience I wouldn't have had if it wasn't for the amount of effort into this who's very hard working at this practice and those who worked so well with one another. First impressions can be good!

I had a great appointment! The staff is always pleasant and professional. In my opinion, Dr. Tayeb is the "Best" Pain Specialist in Cincinnati (100%). I would definitely recommend him to all of my family and friends.

I’m happy to say the waiting times have gotten much better. It’s quite unusual to have to wait 30 mins to get into see the nurse practitioner. It’s even quicker in days when a procedure is planned. Staff are always friendly and Joanie is a force all of her own commanding the front desk. Even when wearing several hats she always greets everyone with a smile. The only complaint that folks have is we cannot pick up our meds until day 31 while we are given a 30 day amount of our pain medicine. As an RN and working the frontlines I am so grateful that there are medications that I can take that relieve my pain so I can continue to take care of folks. It’s just a bummer when you take your last med on the 30th day and have to wait until the following afternoon to pick up meds. I can count on one day of withdrawal symptoms until my meds are ready. This has never made sense to me and it is a day I dread each month. I guess it’s the price we pay to have the only meds that take away that dreadful pain.
